A Man/monster of few words. Violence is a first resort, but always chooses to knock foes out and drag them out of the exclusion zone, rather than killing them.
Few are left who remember how it happened, how the crack emerged, unleashing an explosion of change upon the city. At least, few who were there to witness it. The energy that emerged altered the land, the animals, the people. Twisting their bodies and minds until they could not recognize themselves. How could they, when there was no ‘self’ left?
Warden is one such person. The man he was is no longer there, though the vines he wraps around his arms and legs and his fighting style indicate that in his past life, he may have been some sort of wrestler or martial artist.
While it is hard to gain insight into the motivations of such a creature, he doesn’t often kill his targets, opting to physically remove them from the zone instead. Is he protecting it? Guarding it? Whatever his motivations are, his actions have earned him the title “Warden.”
Prevent humans from occupying and exploiting the the exclusion zone. He sees the abundance of plant growth as a sign that nature is reclaiming the land, and sees human as a potential hindrance to that progress.
The vines wrapped around his arms and legs are styled after martial arts handwraps, and a lot of his fighting moves are wrestling inspired. This could be a hint at who he was previously.

Sees them as a human with machine parts, so he knows they are up to no good. Trusts them even less than the others.

Like all humans, doesn’t trust them and will kick them out of the exclusion zone, but also recognizes they’re ‘just a kid,’ so does so with less hatred.
